REFUND POLICY

Important Notice
All products sold by Stretford Wear are print-on-demand items made specifically for each order. Due to the custom nature of our products, our refund and return policy differs from traditional retail stores. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly provide a replacement or full refund. To qualify:
- Report the issue within 30 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos showing the defect or damage
- Include your order number in your request
Examples of covered defects: printing errors, wrong colors printed, fabric defects, torn seams, stains from manufacturing.
2. Lost or Missing Packages
If your order hasn't arrived, please report it within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will:
- Investigate the shipment with the carrier
- Provide a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost
- Work with you to find a resolution as quickly as possible
3. Wrong Size or Changed Mind
Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Selecting the wrong color or style
- Change of mind after purchase
- Items that don't fit as expected
We strongly recommend checking our size guide carefully before placing your order. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.
4. Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order, but please note:
- Orders can only be cancelled before production begins (typically within 2 hours of placing the order)
- Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled
- Contact us immediately if you need to cancel
5. Refund Process
When a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5-10 business days
- Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
6. Free Shipping on Orders $99+
Orders of $99 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping. International orders may still be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Shipping costs (unless item is defective)
- Customs duties or import taxes
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper care
- Items with normal wear and tear
8. Brazil Orders
For orders shipped to Brazil, customers have the legal right to cancel their order within 7 calendar days of receiving it, under the "right to regret" consumer protection policy.
9. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report an issue:
- Email us at Contact@stretfordwear.com
- Include your order number
- Describe the issue in detail
- Attach photos if applicable (required for defects/damage)
- We will respond within 24-48 hours
10. Payment Security
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. If you believe there has been unauthorized activity on your account, please contact us immediately and also reach out to your bank or card issuer.
